I’m Sal, an Apprenticeship Trainer at Zenith Training, delivering a range of business-focused programmes including Business Admin, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management. With over 17 years of experience in vocational education and a background in administration, leadership, and marketing, I bring real-life insight to every session.

I believe everyone can learn with the right support. I employ a structured yet flexible approach, providing engaging resources and tailoring my delivery to address workplace challenges, always aiming to make learning both enjoyable and impactful.

Outside of work, I love cycling old railway lines across the North East and challenging myself with jigsaws (often without the picture!). I was drawn to Zenith by its genuine, people-first approach, it’s a team that truly cares.
